Our Story

Aloha!

Hiwa Creations is a small, local, family business located in Kalihi on the island of O'ahu, Hawai'i.
As a husband and wife team, Ka’eo and Yoko Ponce collaborate to produce thoughtful and unique designed jewelry and quality woodcrafts.
"Hiwa Creations " is named after our child, Hiwalani. When translated to english, Hiwalani means beloved child. With each and every one of our pieces or creations, comes a lot of care, attention to detail, and ALOHA. Each product is like one of our kids too!
Our goal is sharing OUR ALOHA, as well as the Nature & Culture of our island home through our designs, products, and repurposing and reusing as much of the wood as we can.
